Self-efficacy
Self-efficacy is our belief in our ability to perform an action or role, and the 1st crucial pillar that underpins motivation.
Perceived control
Control, regarding our situation, is the 2nd crucial pillar that underpins motivation. Grasping control of any situation increases motivation to perform.
Perceived Value
Value, that we derive from the completion of a specific action, is the 3rd crucial pillar that underpins motivation. We must strive to find value in everything we do.
